We often times spend a great deal of our energy creating resilience within our turf systems. Most, if not all of our cultural practices are designed to give our turf the strength it needs to persevere. But how often do we pay attention to our own internal resilience? What types of practices do we put in place to ensure we can withstand the trials of life? Let's explore our personal resilience and gain practical tips for creating internal well being over the course of the season.
