Tommy D Witt, CGCS Retired
Tommy D. Witt, CGCS, is a former GCSAA Board member and served as President of the association. Tommy is the Golf Course Superintendent, Barbuda Ocean Club in Barbuda. He was the Director of Golf Course Operations at Northmoor Country Club in Highland Park, Illinois. Witt's background serves as a great resource for helping you develop a much stronger career path as a golf course superintendent. Witt has managed golf courses for the past 25 years and has been active in virtually every area of the golf course superintendent profession and GCSAA. His involvement and participation in myriad programs at GCSAA gives him a unique perspective about our profession and the golf industry. Witt is a frequent speaker at educational venues across the country.
