Jeffrey L Gullikson, CGCS
Jeff Gullikson, CGCS, is the golf course superintendent at Spokane Country Club in Spokane, Wash., and has 18 years of experience as a golf course superintendent. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Agronomy and Turfgrass Management from Washington State University. Over the past eight years, Gullikson has worked with hundreds of high school teachers to develop a program using golf courses as outdoor laboratories for the instruction of sound agricultural and applied environmental principles. He was also the recipient of the 2004 GCSAA President's Award for Environmental Stewardship and the 2005 TOCA Environmental Communicator of the Year Award.
