Kelly M Sauerman
Kelly Sauerman is a Skills Development Facilitator & Educationist who currently works for the New Zealand Sports Turf Institute as a Solutions Developer. She has a bachelor’s degree in education and certificates in Organizational Development and in Communicating and Negotiating in a dynamic global world. Sauerman is passionate about helping her clients improve their company culture and streamline their education & training strategies in accordance with their standard operating procedures & company objectives. In 2017, Sauerman founded the Turfgrass Academy of South Africa in response to the need for industry specific training on golf courses in Southern Africa. Sauerman is also the editor of Turf Management Journal, one of the world’s foremost turf management publications which is published quarterly and distributed internationally. She was a session presenter at the 2020 show in Orlando and has recorded webinars for GCSAA.
