Paul Cushing
Paul Cushing, owner of Paul Cushing Agronomic Turfgrass Services, is a Class A Golf Course Superintendent and a 32-year member of GCSAA. He earned his bachelor’s in in Turfgrass Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and currently teaches at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. Cushing served over 27 years as a golf course superintendent and assistant, managed four top-100 clubs, hosted 10 PGA Tour events, hosted a PGA Championship and built four golf courses. His current research helps golf course superintendents & sports turf managers better understand their turfgrass and soils challenges. His programs offer fertility solutions that improve water management/movement, as well as fertility programs that create long term success and sustainability in soils.
