Scott Hollister
Scott Hollister, GCSAA director, publications and the editor-in chief of Golf Course Management is in his 25th year with GCSAA. A graduate of Baker University with a degree in mass communication, he spent 10 years in the newspaper business before joining the association. In his role, he guides the overall editorial direction of GCM and has travelled the world on behalf of GCSAA and GCM, interviewing superintendents and other golf course management industry luminaries. He also serves as the primary host of the GCSAA Podcast. Hollister is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA) and the Turf and Ornamental Communicators Association (TOCA). He has won numerous writing awards in TOCA’s annual communications contest, and served as that organization’s president from 2016-2018.
